Adjustable binding for a mini album

I wanted to create a mini album that had a lot of pockets so I thought a paper bag mini album would be appropriate. The problem was that I wasn't sure how many pages I would need. I didn't want to use binding rings because I really wanted something different. So, this is what I came up with - an adjustable binding using elastic and a swivel clasp. Here is a tutorial video for how to bind a paper bag mini album in a chipboard cover. This was the same binding technique that I used on the Mariposa album that I posted earlier this week. I had a couple of inquiries on my YouTube channel about how this was done, so here it is. :)
